I take this bundle daily before hitting the gym! I eat 1 tsp each of royal jelly and saffron honey straight from the spoon, then wash it down with an espresso mixed with a pinch of ginseng. The energy is smooth and lasts the entire session. Highly recommended!

It's the second time I've used ginger, turmeric, and honey. But the taste is absolutely poor. I suggest that if you use fermented Ginger and Tumeric organic powder, then it will mix without granules and the concentration will be smooth and will feel the taste of ginger and garlic in the tongue. The fermented organic ginger Tumeric powder is available in the market which is gut healthy and feels the stomach digestion more comfortable.
